History of our country
Long ago, there was a kingdom called Malium under the rule of King Rubert IV and Queen Catherine II. Malium's economy was prosperous and the people were treated fairly, except for women. Women under the rule King Rubert had to go through a lot of misery, they were always under the control of their husbands. Lucky for them, queen Catherine was a very kind-hearted person, she cared for her people especially woman. Many woman in the kingdom admired the queen.
One day the kingdom had good news, Catherine was pregnant. After 9 months of pregnancy, the queen gave birth to a princess. Upon this news, instead of joy, the king was extremely angry because he had always expected it to be a boy. He thought this was a bad thing for his country, in a fit of rage, he ordered his subordinates to dispose of the princess just a day after her birth. At that time, the queen realized the evil face of king Rubert. The queen was so heartbroken over the loss of her child. However, the situation got worse, King Rubert became even more outrageous when he ordered the arrest of all pregnant women in town. Once they give birth to a daughter, they will be said to have committed a crime and be killed immediately. After witnessing, Queen Catherine quickly recovered her spirits and prepared for an uprising. She would stand up for women suffering injustice and also for her own newborn daughter. Queen Catherine quietly built a gang of her own, whose supporters included most of the women in the kingdom. They were the ones who had been subjected to torture by the men of the family, so they decided to prepare with the queen to fight for themselves.
On May 7th, 1208, Queen Catherine and her supporters revolted, tying blue cloths all over the kingdom. These fabrics symbolize strength and independence. They protested everywhere, Queen Catherine's main army led the people to storm the king's base, where pregnant women were being held. King Rubert at that time did not have time to turn back, he saw that his kingdom was full of queen's supporters, no one was on his side. The queen's army broke the king's throne, smashed the cellar holding women. King Rubert felt extremely humiliated, eventually he became a king that the people despised and disappointed. King Rubert could not stand this attack, he escaped. Some people said he died on his way to the jungle, some said he fell off a cliff, but the only thing that mattered was his era was completely over.
The queen's army has successfully freed the captive woman. Empress Catherine also gained the trust of the people, she replaced King Rubert as the leader of the kingdom. This was also the first time this country had a female leader. Catherine changed the kingdom's name to Femallium, and the navy blue cloths during the uprising also became the color of the new national flag. May 7, 1208 also became Femalium's national day.
Since taking the throne, Empress Catherine has introduced changes in the national policy on the protection of women, gave them the opportunity to work. It can be said that she changed the destiny of the entire nation, opening a whole new page for the culture of Femallium. Women under her control were able to be independent with their lives. This is also the reason why Femallium has become so strong to this day, the strength of women is the foundation for the development of the nation.
